Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) of Schlossberg Residences Welcome to Schlossberg Residences!
We are delighted that you have chosen to stay in our holiday apartments. Please read the following Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) carefully as they form the basis for your booking and stay.
1. Scope of Application These T&Cs apply to all contracts for the rental of holiday apartments made through our website, Airbnb, Booking.com, or Fewo.
2. Contract Conclusion The rental agreement is concluded upon receipt of the booking confirmation, which we will send you by email after receiving your booking.
3. Prices and Payment Terms
3.1. The prices for renting the holiday apartments are listed on our website, Airbnb, Booking.com, and Fewo.
3.2. The full booking amount is due at the time of booking. Payment is made in accordance with the payment terms of the respective booking platform or our website.
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1. Free Cancellation You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 14 days before the arrival date. In this case, no costs will be incurred, and any payments already made will be fully refunded.
4.2. Cancellation After the Free Cancellation Period For cancellations made less than 14 days before the arrival date, the full booking amount will be charged. Refunds are not possible in this case.
5. Check-in and Check-out
5.1. The holiday apartments are available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.
5.2. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the holiday apartments by 10:00 AM.
6. Use of Holiday Apartments
6.1. The holiday apartments may only be occupied by the number of persons specified in the rental agreement.
6.2. Pets are only allowed by prior arrangement.
6.3. The holiday apartments must be treated with care. Any damages that occur during the stay must be reported immediately and compensated.
7. Liability
7.1. We are only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct on our part.
7.2. We do not accept liability for guests' personal belongings.
7.3. Cost Responsibility in Case of Lockouts If guests lock themselves out, lose the key, or leave the key inside the lock, guests are responsible for the costs incurred for a locksmith or other necessary measures. The landlord accepts no liability in such cases and ensures that the costs are settled directly with the service provider.
8. Data Protection Your personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and will only be used for processing the booking and providing the holiday apartment.
9. Final Provisions
9.1. Amendments and supplements to this contract must be made in writing.
9.2. Should individual provisions of these T&Cs be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
9.3. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction is the seat of Schlossberg Residences.
